Whilst the valve is open the SportEar X Pro still offer 19dB noise reduction, which makes them ideal for rough shooting when you need to hear your surroundings but still need to protect your ears. With the push button valve closed, the SportEar X Pro earplugs offer a 30 dB NRR (Noise Reduction Rating).
